WRTA Receiving Funding for 2 Bus Stop Shelters

WRTA is tapping into the 2027 Ohio Workforce Mobility Partnership Program.

They are constructing two enhanced bus stop shelters along the Belmont Avenue route, thanks to a $1.7-million grant.

There’s a $44,000 local match.

The shelters will feature pull-off lanes, enhanced lighting, bicycle parking and accessible waiting areas.
