A 37-year-old Warren man was arraigned on aggravated vehicular homicide and other charges in the traffic death of a 66-year-old Cortland woman.
Dominique Dorsey was in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday.
Warren police say he was behind the wheel doing over 100 miles an hour and being pursued by city officers when he struck a car on Parkman Road NW at a bypass exit ramp in Warren Township, killing Sandra Swann.
He also faces drunk driving charges.
