One of the three men facing federal charges in the Convenient Food Mart shooting death of 31-year-old David Lee Owens last August has been sentenced to more than seven years in prison.
32-year-old Jumal Rowe of Warren pleaded to a federal ‘felon in possession of firearms’ charge.
One of the other two awaits sentencing.
32-year-old Savion Woodall is charged locally with the murder.
