Looking More Like a Bridge

Warren’s mayor Doug Franklin Wednesday checked out the progress being made on the pedestrian bridge under construction in Perkins Park over the Mahoning River.

Steel sections of the bridge were dropped into place.

When completed, it will connect the park and amphitheater to the city’s peninsula project.
