Young Man Indicted in Buggy Crash

A 22-year-old man faces vehicular assault charges for driving into a horse-drawn buggy in Parkman Township back in April.

Danny Yoder was indicted on the charges recently.

Deputies say he was driving his car at 75 miles an hour on Bundysburg Road, hitting the buggy and seriously injuring four people.

He’s also charged with leaving the scene.
