An Average June, But Light on Rainfall

A warm end to the month of June helped push the average temperature for the month for the Mahoning Valley to 67.7 degrees on average.

That’s pretty close to where we should be.

The 1.78 inches of rain measured at the Regional Airport weather station however was a good two inches below normal.
