The city of Warren has a $125,000 ODNR grant to continue work on a small park where the Mahoningside power plant was removed.
That’s along Summit Street NW and the Mahoning River.
The space will include benches, picnic tables, and even a pavilion.
Also, the new pedestrian bridge over the river in Perkins Park is now open.
