A 51-year-old Warren woman has been identified as the victim in a motorcycle crash in a construction zone on I-80 just across the state line last weekend.
Carrie Vanscoy was a passenger on the bike operated by a Mogodore man.
She was thrown off and later pronounced dead.
The Mogadore man was serious.
