Almanac’s Winter Forecast Dropped

The 2027 Old Farmer’s Almanac has hit newsstands and bookseller websites.

For our area, they say Winter will average slightly warmer and wetter than usual.

But don’t let that fool you.

January looks to be quite cold, with snowstorms at the end of January and beginning of February.

After that, they predict a turn toward milder weather, with a warmer than normal Spring.
