The shooting along 4th Street SW in Warren culminated a series of events including domestic incidents in Bristol and Champion Townships and a police pursuit.
BCI investigated the death of 41-year-old Brad Bailey.
A police report indicates he pointed a gun at an officer’s head.
That’s when other officers fired.
