The Canfield man whose tractor trailer rig struck and killed State Patrol Trooper Nicholas Cayton on Route 11 in Canfield Township last October has been indicted on an aggravated vehicular homicide charge.
Ohio AG Andy Wilson was in Canfield on Friday to announce that an indictment against 36-year-old Ryan Rach was handed up.
A news release indicates that Rach was distracted and using his cell phone before the crash.
