The Cleveland office of the National Weather Service will be checking out tornado damage in Liberty, Hubbard and Coitsville Townships and the east side of Youngstown on Wednesday.
They have confirmed there was a tornado, but they need to determine its strength level.
There are reports of numerous trees down and houses with roof damage.
Some streets were closed.
Numerous videos of the tornado clearly show it reaching the ground.
The Pittsburgh office of the weather service will check out damage from the same storm in Lawrence and Butler Counties in Pennsylvania.
The twister produced power outages.
There were still some outages in Coitsville Wednesday morning.
No injuries reported.
Possible tornadoes were also being checked out in at least three other Ohio counties.
