Central Tower Redo Getting State Tax Credit

Part of $86-million in Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credits is coming to Youngstown.

The $21-million dollar remake of the Central Tower building is getting a $4.2-million credit.

Now a lower-floor First National Bank branch, the next version of the city’s tallest building will feature 84 apartments and office space.
