The state patrol says it was a 66-year-old Cortland woman who was killed in a two-vehicle crash at the end of one of the ramps from the Route 5 and 82 bypass to Parkman Road NW.
Sandra Swann pulled out onto Route 422 and was struck by an SUV being pursued by Warren police.
She was dead at the scene.
Two men in the SUV suffered serious injuries.
One of them is a suspect in a Tuesday afternoon shooting.
