State lawmakers are in the governor’s corner when it comes to reining in sports betting in Ohio.
One proposal would limit wagers and the number of times a person could place a bet.
Prop bets would also be banned.
The same bill would do away with online and betting apps.
A complete ban is not under consideration.
But the proposal would put a serious dent in the state’s legal gambling activity.
