ODOT has an ambitious $3.4-billion construction program planned for this season, and Trumbull and Mahoning County drivers can figure on seeing lots of orange barrels.
The biggest project locally is the $56-million I-680 pavement replacement project between the Madison Avenue Expressway and South Avenue.
The traffic pattern was set to change on Monday.
In Trumbull, there’s the $7.7-million Route 46 intersection project in Howland Township that also impacts the intersection of Route 82 and Howland Wilson Road.
